In 2007, Margaret Holloway searched for two years for somewhere her mother could live — not just be cared for. Somewhere with morning light and a garden she'd recognize. Somewhere that felt like belonging, not admission.
She didn't find it. So she built it. Haven opened in 2008 with twelve residents and a single promise: every person here is still themselves. Eighteen years and three hundred families later, that promise is the only thing that hasn't changed.
